It features exceptional measurement accuracy, wide measurement ranges, ��nd multiple probe configuration options.
Model 152 SURFACE resistance METER
The Trek Model 152 Surface Resistance Meter is designed to measure surface resistance on a wide varieties of conductive, dissipative, ��nd insulative materials. The Model 152 employs a measurement technique which conforms to several ANSI/ESD Association standards for measuring surface resistance ��nd surface resistivity including ANSI/ESD-STM2.1 for garments, STM4.1 for work surfaces, STM7.1 for flooring, STM11.11 for planar materials, ��nd STM 11.13 for two point measurement. A variety of measuring probe electrode configurations are available for making surface resistance or surface resistivity measurements.
The Model 152 features exceptional measurement accuracy ��nd wide measurement ranges of 10 E3 to 10 E13 ohms using point-to-point probes or the two-point resistance probe for small surface measurement, ��nd 10 E4 to 10 E14 ohms/square using the concentric ring probe. Measured resistance values are clearly displayed on a high-contrast LCD display using scientific notation.
The electrode test voltage for the measurement probe��s�� is switch selectable for 10 V or 100 V operation to conform to the individual requirements of the ESD Association standards ��nd testing conditions. The selected test voltage is indicated on the LCD display.
The exclusive Trek Model 152P-CR concentric ring measuring probe contains a preamplifier which eliminates the usual noise, stray pickup, ��nd long settling time associated with other type probe designs, therefore providing ease of operation even at very high resistance values. The Model 152 will detect the connection of the active concentric ring probe, automatically adjust the measuring range, ��nd indicate values in ohms/square on the LCD display.
The Model 152 is light-weight ��nd portable, ��nd can be operated from internal batteries or connected to an AC line power source using a battery eliminator.
